After months of terrible service from Discovery I eventually received assistance and prompt solution to the problem that had been there for 4 months. Thank you very much Theo Mokhine. He called me back as soon as they received an email addressed to several parties and dealt with my request in less than 2 WEEKS. Although I had thought that I want to drop Discovery as our insurance, your response and assistance really gave me second thoughts about it and has really given me hope that we can receive good service but also that Discovery is trying to make a difference.
