Dear Discovery Insure,<br> <br> I wish to thank Brian, Neo Lephoto and K****tso Machete for speedily resolving my complaint.<br> <br> My car was finally rebooked with panel beater on required date February 9, and pleasantly completed on February 15, 2015.<br> <br> I am very delighted, and truly appreciate that K****tso and Neo managed to book me AVIS car in Cape Town, this was going beyond their call for compassion. <br> <br> K****tso Machete, I still maintain that you are a great consultant especially that you managed to turn-around the mistake, very calm, and assuring me that all will be well. <br> <br> Thank you once again to all three of you.
