We called Discovery Emergency assist to arrange somebody to come jump start our car battery. I spoke to Fezzy Ndumela, who was extremely friendly & helpful. She said she will arrange for somebody to come through & get back to me with more details. She then called back a few short minutes later to tell me that somebody was on their way & will be at us within 20-30 minutes. I think it was about 15minutes & they arrived, jump started the car with a friendly & helpful manner. This allowed us to drive the car to get the batter replaced (at least it was still under the 24 month guarantee). Basically the whole process from calling to getting a new battery was all probably less than an hour. Thank you Discovery Insure & Fezzy Ndumela for making it a stress free situation.
