Thank you Earl Brown from Discovery Insure

I made contact with Discovery Insure's Earl Brown (Team Leader Purple Team) a couple of weeks ago while busy adding and removing certain items from my short term policy with Insure,but it was complicated due to the size of the policy. I was actually passed on to Earl from two other consultants who could not sort out the changes on the policy and our file landed on Earl Brown's desk. Earl contacted me and within a short period of time made an assesment of the situation and told me the old favourite "i will get back to you " ja ja.....heard that one before!! Earl did come back and has from there taken up this complicated query and without hesitation sorted out the changes step by step by step and still is as the process is not yet fulle complete. Earl is doing a fantastic job and keep me up to date,keep his promises and systematically produce results without me following up or asking for feedback. Earl Brown is really an ambassador for Discovery as a company and specifically Discovery Insure. Thank you so much Earl - you really are a star !!⭐️
