Thank you Discovery Insure!

I reported the theft of my Toyota Etios to Discovery Insure about 90 min after the CCTV footage estimated time of theft early on a Friday evening. Unfortunately the system couldn't trace my car because the tracking system was either jammed or removed. I resigned myself to the loss of my car, because a significant amount of time had already elapsed since the theft. However, the Discovery Insure agent kept checking for a signal throughout the night in the hope that the gang was using a jamming device that might malfunction. Luckily it did actually fail for a short period in the early hours of the morning. The recovery team found my car with only minor damage abandoned in a street in Attridgeville. Dhilup Ajoodha and his team kept me informed of events as they unfolded, from the time that the possible signal was received (and lost again), the dispatch of the recovery team and an immediate report on the state of my car when they arrived. He also arranged with the recovery team to deliver my purse, luckily with all my cards still inside, later that morning. There was another car ****** from the premises at the same time and by the same gang, but unfortunately this car was not recovered. Were it not for the Discovery tracker and diligence of the the Discovery Insure agent during the night, I probably would have lost my car too. I am deeply grateful to Dhilup and Discovery Insure team, the recovery team and Sunnyside SAPS for their super-efficient service. I can heartily recommend Discovery Insure as both a highly efficient tracking/recovery service and an insurer all in one. I just wish that more stories like mine could have such a happy ending.
