Hi Discovery Insure I would just like to express my gratitude for the amazing service received from your contact centre consultant Nazeer Bhoola as well as the gentleman who came out to change my tyre (i feel horrible for not remembering his name)

I had a flat tyre, being a woman on my own with my son i was quite stressed out. I was out in muizenberg on the way to the beach when i realised i had a flat. I immediately called discovery insure and spoke to Nazeer. Within about 15 minutes the road side assist was there, and the technician was super helpful and professional. 15 minutes later my tyre had been changed . A total of 30 minutes. This is super impressive service. Thank you for taking care of us☺
