Thank you Discovery Insure

Good Day,

I would like to give thanks to the following people from Claims department within Discovery Insure.

I cant remember the call center agent's name who responded when I was involved in a bad motor vehicle accident 02 June 2018 in Germiston - to him I'd like to say thank you for assisting and for his great interpersonal s****s. Awesome response time and Discovery Insure really does send out assistance when you don't answer your phone. I was very impressed with the speedy response.

The whole team actually worked extremely hard to resolve my claim and I have found that they are patient and pay attention to the details.

The two persons in particular I'd like to say thank you for your patience and following up regularly and keeping me informed with regards to the progress of my claim. This is the reason I am still with Discovery Insure for the mere fact that they cover all angles ensuring your claim is resolved fairly and dealt with correct.
