We had a miserable experience with Valet Parking Services. They lost our key and we were not able to get home on Christmas Day, but Discovery saved the day! The very next day when I called them, they immediately went to tow our vehicle from the third party & issued us with a rental car in the interim - no red-tape or drama - and this in the middle of the festive season. What's more is, that they are towing the vehicle to our home location although the incident happened in Johannesburg. We are thrilled with their service and just wanted to let everyone know that there still are insurance companies out their that do their due diligence and go the extra mile.
