<p>I have been with Discovery Insure for many years and when I called to get a quote on a new car I was purchasing, the quote from Discovery Insure was much higher than other comparitive quotes I had received. Rupert from the servicing department was very happy to inform me of how I could cancel my policy and move to another insurer. This is when I insisted on speaking to the retentions department and I am so thankful I did because Devan took my call and completely agreed that this is NOT the way you deal with a loyal and good client.
