Please take note that my 5 star rating is for Celeste Ndlovu and not Discovery Insure as a whole. A small and simple theft claim was handled with nothing short of incompetence. By the time my claim was passed on to Celeste I was disgruntled to say the least. Celeste handled everything with the utmost patience and professionalism. My claim was processed, authorized and paid. I am grateful to Celeste for the level of excellence with which she handled my claim. Discovery Insure needs more agents like Celeste Ndlovu.
