Exceptional service from Brandon Pillay yesterday. He was reassuring, guiding me through the process and my particular situation. Brandon was in consistent contact with me throughout until he was satisfied (based on my feedback)that the situation had been resolved. Brandon's calm and friendly manner in his interaction with me made me feel that i was in good hands and nothing was too much for him. He is to be commended and is an asset to Discovery Insure. Thank you Brandon for everything you did for me yesterday.
