TERRIIBLE and aggresive service from Discovery

My late Father, when confronted with an Advertiser who did not live up to service expectations quipped ` their Advert speaks very highly of their service`!? Well, that`s my experience with Discovery! I had a call on Friday 15th July from a sales guy in Durban to sell me a short term policy- i told him i wasn`t really keen as i am extremely happy with MOMENTUM INSURE, but he would not listen or take no for an answer - he was rude and most aggresive eventually i asked for a quote which i could review -` we don`t do that said he, as people will use it to compare (well that`s my right, ****it!) and said the `only way` to get the deal (by the way about R400.00 more than what i am paying now!!) was to get the Policy! i agreed as long as i could cancel if i didnt want to got ahead -both him and some supervisor said ok. Well, i got the Policy and decided to cancel but my correspondence had fallen on deaf ears - all i get is more mails telling me what i must do with the policy I even sent a `read receipt` on one mail, i got some receipts but NOTHING back from Discovery. I am so angry and will NEVER deal with them again! Lets hope someone responds now!!
