terrible shocking service from discovery insure claims department

<p>I have had a claim with discovery since 14 April 2016 where my vehicle was rear ended and damage was done</p> <p>where the my vehicle was leaking fluid Caused by incident to be told nearly two months down the line that it</p> <p>is not incident related as the vehicle as*****t was not done correctly . Everytime I have to get feed back from discovery and the repairer (North City panelbeaters) it has been myself as</p> <p>the client phoning them to find out what is the progress with my vehicle or on the claim. All i asking is my vehicle to be repaired correctly and by a competent repairer it has 2 months and i am still waiting for my vehicle and a during</p> <p>high costs being without a vehicle its been exhausting dealing with discovery insurance i would not recommend them to anyone . </p> <p> </p>
