Terrible Service - zero peace of mind

@Discovery Insure is terrible with service delivery. I logged a claim on Sat 03rd at 6.45. Todate the claim consultant Dominic Madlala has not contacted me. After 8 calls and 3 emails on Mon 8th, the claim consultant still feels it not neccessary to make contact with a client.
