Terrible Service, would not recommend!

I have received the worst service from Discovery which is appalling! I have been calling the entire week asking for follow us Discovery doesn't bother to provide feedback. I was told the activation will be done yesterday already this was after being told initially that activation will take 24hours. We now a week from that and no feedback. I call twice this morning only to have the call disconnected after being place on hold by the agents for more than 10mins! This is ridiculous! Does Discovery have that many clients that we don't really matter any more so we get **** service? Is this your brand???
