Terrible service with discovery car insurance

Absolutely terrible service Was in an accident on the 13 June 2023 Car can be seen to be a write off but they took their time to decide to eventually write it off Got an email to say it’s written off and that I need to provide documents to process the claim as the vehicle wasn’t financed I provide the documents 6 July 2023 Today is 11 July 2023 Still no response via email or call backs to acknowledge receiving the documents or the way forward I even called multiple times for an answer but no one could assist me as the claims administrator dealing with my claim is never available ( Lebo Mokgato )
