Terrible Service - STAY AWAY!!

This company is horrific and if i could give them zero star i would. The customer service is non existent and the consultants are rude until you get to management level. It took Discovery close to a month just to do the assessment on my vehicle and then approved part which were not OEM approved and the panel beater actually told me that these were **** parts and he is going to try and organise the proper replacement parts. When querying this with discovery i just got the run around!! Be very careful, they have great rates and a very efficient sales team but when it come to claim stage they are unhelpful, non responsive and order non OEM part for your vehicles. They do not restore it to how it was before you accident and nothing happens for weeks. I had a bumber bashing and i have been without my car for a month with no site of the finish line! extremely stressful and unless you follow up they will no help
