Terrible service on an emergency situation
What a pathetic service i have received. I reported a burst geyser Friday. Its Monday and geyser still not fixed and its leaking. Even worse their call center agent drop a call on me because it was knock off time and rushing home.

16 Oct 2023, 10:26I wish all the apologies i have received can fix my geyser but unfortunately, they cannot and water leaks still there at my place. I am tired of paying for services that only exist on paper. Rather let me struggle knowing i don't have insurance then have nonsense service.

16 Oct 2023, 17:26The best you all could do is respond to all the emails i have sent. and take my matter seriously and resolve it ASAP rather than those useless phone calls. And remember my day and work doesn't revolve sitting and waiting for your call.
