Terrible Service from Discovery Insure

The amount we pay for the insurance is so not deserved for the unresolved service. For a year or more now, Discovery Insure never resolved my claim as a result the damage increases. Together with their implementing agent 1 Claim Solution, I have been sent from pillar to post with the partly completed work. The Claim was never completed instead, their implementing agent insisted on sending me wrong e-mails belonging to another client and being addressed with wrong names. When asking for feedback, always be told that they are waiting for Discovery for a go-ahead.
