Terrible service from discovery insure

Hi put through a claim on Monday someone called me to discuss it and said a consultant will contact me they never did I got an e mail to say that this confirms I have cancelled my claim but I did no such thing I have since called twice to be told someone will contact me but no one has yet it’s extremely frustrating
