TERRIBLE service from Discovery Insure

I agreed upon a policy just over a month ago, however the documents that were sent to me did not match what was discussed, I attempted to contact them several times with no success. Most often they did not answer and NEVER phoned me back , one time I did manage to get through but they supposed to phone me back to resolve the issue in 15 mins it's being about 3 weeks. If I didn't know discovery was such a big company I would think it's a **** company ******** people.
