Terrible service from Discovery

We agreed to move onto Discovery more than a year ago, the service is shocking. One of our houses was empty for 1 night and ******* happened- they declined the claim stating that the house was not occupied. Our yearly payment was about R120k but they don’t care if they loose a client refusing to pay a claim of R20k. Moving back to the old insurance . Terrible service from Discovery, they are very fast to get your money but find millions of excuses not to cover your loss.
