Terrible service from Dineo Khatswa with Discovery Insure

This was my first ever claim, which was assigned to Dineo Khatswa. Not once did I receive a phone call or email response from Dineo throughout my claim process, despite me emailing them multiple times with questions and concerns after having issues with the repairs on my car. Such poor service and no care about clients whatsoever. I have logged complaints and no one has contacted me about the complaints either.
