Terrible service from claims dept

as stated earlier, i had an accident, this was a third party liability, the claim processes has been nothing but pain with me repeating myself over and over, and just such a frustrating experience overall, the only people that were of great help, as stated in my earlier review were Gigi,Ravi,Brett and Khumo....otherwise....as stated to one of the call agents...i might be on my way out
