Terrible service!!! Dont waste your time and money!

Terrible service, We logged a fault for a water leak, they sent out an Installer who came out to fix the problem and ended up taking short cuts and using the wring material. We logged another query, and Nobody has given feedback in two weeks, they dont do a proper vetting for the Installers. They constantly changing the claim number, the team leader katlego doesnt give feedback.
