Terrible Service Discovery Insure

Disappointing Service, a claim was lodged on the 29 of June! I am still battling to get a response from the consultant! Desmond has no customer service skills and even worse Discovery has no idea what they are doing with insurance or mechanical warranty ! Dispute been on a top plan and paying over R1000 a month for a mechanical warranty , you get service that is way more than disgusting! All they do is take your money but never be accountable! Desmond’s manager has been informed but has failed to even make contact! Poor disgusting service !!!
