Terrible service by Discovery Insure

I have been calling Discovery Insure to no avail to cancel my car and cellphone cover. I’ve called 4 times using a mobile phone and spent more than 30 minutes just trying to get a response. I’m not sure the pain one should go through when it’s time to claim if the calls are not answered? The service is extremely bad. I must remember never to accept any quote from them for sure. Now they are going to debit my account and I’ll be covered by 2 insurance companies for one thing. Where do I get that money in this country?
