Terrible service. Beyond Pathetic

We have had a third party claim with Discovery for almost more than 5 months and to date it has not been resolved. They cut the cost half for the repairs then there is no customer sevice I have made a totally of 20 call to Gretchen. Discovery you are useless. As a CEO I am beyond myself.

I spoke to Nonhlanhla Sinthumule even more hopeless. Trenbile service. Outsurance does a better Job
