TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Discovery. When I signed up they promised the moon and stars . It’s been two months going on three since I’ve been in an accident and I don’t have a new car and my old car have not been settled yet. If i don’t call or email to follow up I am left in the dark. The first month a had car hire included in my contract but when they failed to settle my car they refuse to extend the car hire and I was stranded without a car and still am. I am definitely changing insurance not only for my car but everything else as well. This experience is horrific. GOOD SERVICE DISCOVERY!!
