Terrible service.

I've been waiting about 2 weeks now for my logbook, it took 2 weeks, 3 phone calls! Still nothing Everytime I phone I'm told they see it was sent. Or there was a notice and they'll send it again.. I get adverti*****ts in my E-mail from discovery advertising their bright shiny services, I get those extremely annoying E-mails urging one to vaccinate. But no E-mails about what I phoned in 3 times to receive! This is really terrible service! I asked a friend to E-mail me and it came through almost instantly, I get E-mails from other company's so its not on my side. How many more times do I need to phone? Your app is terribly frustrating as it is user unfriendly. I don't like change but I've had another insurance company trying to convince me to switch, if their service is as diligent as their sales I'm seriously considering the change.
