Terrible service

I was in an accident on the 21st of June 2021, the car was only collected on the 23rd of June, the claim was only authorized on the 8th of July 2021, then the car was only booked in on the 13th of July, we have been waiting for an investigator since the 24th of july 2021, we are sitting on the 3rd of August 2021 I have phone discovery several times to find out what is happening and to get an extended car hire so I can work as I am a sales rep and I need a car to work, yet to be told several times a teams manager will contact me and I am yet to hear from them
