Terrible service
After I was told to go to a neighbouring town to have my car fixed (I live in a city!) I contacted the claims consultant dealing with my claim last Thursday. It is now 5 days later and he has not responded to any of my emails asking why.

When I called to complain yesterday, I was told that the repairer will be updated to where I live (I was even given a name)! However, 24 hours later I have heard nothing from Discovery Insure, nor the repairer closer to where I live.
