Terrible Service

<p>Lodged a claim on monday, ********** . so far im the one who keeps calling discovery following up. no feedback at all. keep leaving messages and being promised that my claims handler will call me back but it doesnt happen. terrible service...i always get bad service when i claim.... went through simi**** situation when i claimed in January. </p>
