Terrible service

I logged a claim ( ********** ) on Tuesday morning the agent that i spoke to is Senkhane Seale advised me that my car is at auction nation where it's going to be assessed and after 48 hours he is going to contact me did he contact me NO!!! your service is appaling!! #PoorService

I really trusted Discovery insure not only with my car insurance also with my medical aid as i am covered by discovery as well, when you are involved in a car accident you become frustrated and you nee your insurance to be there for you and the consultant i spoke to after the accident he said someone will come pick me up and take me to work once the car has been towed and he will call me back and inform me of the name of the person who's going to pick me and guess what did he call me back NO!!! and know one came to pick me up. It's funny how they will promise heaven an earth when you open the policy and very quick to deduct the premium. For the frustration that Discovery has caused i want you to waive my access fee. WOW Discovery!!
