Terrible Service

Such appalling service, I regret even changing my car insurance. Signed up with them November, was promised to get monthly cashbacks - none of that has happened, a once-off amount was debited to avoid paying for inspection and a tag but was required to pay when I got there. Countless times I've tried calling but it never goes through and no one bothers to callback when you request to be contacted.👎
