Terrible experience with Discovery Insure!

If I could give 0 stars I would unfortunately that is not an option. A third party claim has been submitted as their client hit my stationery vehicle. It has been 2 months and the service from the consultant dealing with my claim is **********. I even tried calling the manager who is never there, left messages but have received no response. Absolutely pathetic service and very disappointing that I still am waiting for my car to be fixed... Really Discovery Insure this is terrible that I cannot even get an update or a response to my emails..
