Terrible experience

<p>Am very disapponted with Discovery Insure. I had a breakdown on Friday, arranged for my vehicle to be towed through a Discovery consultant BUT I WAS MADE TO PAY additional fee for having the vehicle towed! The consultant i spoke to confirmed with me telephonincally that the vehicle will be towed to a place of safe keeping and my home is regarded as a place of safe keeping. Upon asking the consultant why i have to pay a fee for towing when i arranged it with Discovery he told me that Discovery only covers up to 40km for free. The plan guide, were we are always refered to says nothing about Discovery only covering a radius of 40km for free! Why do you encourage clients to arrange towing with you when you will charge them for it even when your policy guide clearly states that in the event of a breakdown and towing is arranged by a Discovery Consultant, cover is unlimited! In my view, This is false advertising!</p> <p> </p>
