Terrible Discovery Insure Call centre Quotes.

Have been trying/waiting 2 months for quote. Yesterday i logged on to Discovery and requested quote, uploaded my existing policy as requested and an hour later a call agent contacted me. HOWEVER, firstly I had to give all the vehicles details over phone so uploading was a waste. He then gave me a price and asked if he coulkd start debit orders next month. I rep**** saying please sedn me the quote so that I can go over. Reply was that tyhey do not do that. Very very client unfriendly, would be concerned about lodging a claim if insured through them.
