Terrible customer services

Terrible customer services. I contacted the call center and was told to stay online in order the consultant to resolve the query. The contractor did a below standard installation which was reported telephonically and it has been more than a month and I received no response. I email 4 times last week, to which I received no response. Only option I am left with is to cancel my policy.
