Terrible customer service.

I was involved in an accident 6 weeks ago. As my cover includes a 30 day courtesy vehicle , I booked a courtesy vehicle and asked to use it for 30 days.

To my surprise, I got a debit order deduction from Avis for the car rental. When I enquired why my money was deducted, Avis notified me that Discovery did not alert them of my 30 day car rental period.

On top of that , I have been following up on my payout for two weeks as I have submitted all my documents but very little communication has been shared from Discovery.

Quite disappointed with both outcomes to say the least.
