Terrible customer service

Discovery is good at convincing you to keep the car insured with them. Poor customer service and the financial Advisor (Hevashen Govender ) don’t answer or rep**** to my emails at all. I have been struggling to get the discovery tracker up and running, all the trackers they installed are faulty and no stock as well. They simply don’t care about it, it has been 3 weeks to get this issue sort but no success! I wouldn’t even give one out of 10 stars due to the pathetic service and no work ethic from your end. The last two days I have been trying to cancel the policy as well, guess what call centre keeps hang up on me!
