Terrible customer service and claim process!

The claim process at Discovery’s Motor Vehicle Insurance is absolutely shocking. Over a 4 week period, I have had to hound the customer care line to receive updates on my claim and have had to spend hours on calls to multiple different claim consultants and had the phone put down on me multiple times. The number given to me for my claims consultant is never picked up. Still waiting to be called back by the claims manager weeks after asking that my claim be escalated to management due to the appalling service. Will be cancelling my policy as soon as possible.
