Terrible Customer Service

Why allocate me a claims consultant who is not interested in processing my claim. Why should I be the one doing the run around to get assisted while the same is not the case when my premium is debited. No movement on a claim that was registered on Friday despite my constant communicating, NO RESPONSE FROM THE CONSULTANT.
