Terrible customer service

Very poor or better no service at all. I had a car accident on the 18th of August submitted the claim and all and it got approved. My car has been at the panelbeaters for over 2 months now. After the 30 days of courtesy car I was told I had to find a car of my own to use. The updates I was getting were always incorrect. Initially I was told my car would be back in 15 days from the time my claim was approved then it went on the being "your car is in assembly" for I've for weeks. To this day I'm still withiut a car and my insurance and their service providers don't even care
