Terrible & ***ard conduct by Discovery Insure

I took a motor vehicle policy cover with Discovery Insure a few months ago. Everything was ok until I had a slight bump on my car whilst reversing. Now, I don't how, my claim has turned into an investigation. I am in touch with a guy called Deon Jordaan & he is desperately doing a witch hunt to find a reason to pin me on. He even came to my house to do a recorded interview & took pictures of my place of residence. He even requested of my 1st insurance details I canceled 6 years ago which I still don't know how its related to my claim. This guy is doing too for such a small claim. Infact he is harassing me now. He is using all these tactics to try and intimidate & harass me. I am even worried now if I am with the right insurance, what if something worse happens to my car, will these guys even stand by me as they advertise. If I knew Discovery Insure represents this kind of conduct, I honestly wouldn't have taken my Insurance with them. They are massive in adverti*****t, which was the main reason why I took them as my motorinsurance, however I did not know it all boils down to playing ***ard a ***ard game like this which is disappointing & frustrating to say the least. It's almost a month now & that time my car is driving around dented and with a broken tail light. I really think this kind off play is not fair & is very unacceptable. What happened to playing fair??
