Terrible claims service and extremely unreasonable turnaround time

<p>I am so sick and tired of having to fight to get my claims paid out. This is the third time I am having a terrible experience from discovery. Nobody ever bothers to give me feedback of any kind, i constantly have to chase the progress on my claim. A month and a half after initiating my claim with them, the claim still hasn't been finalized. Discovery has totally destroyed my faith in insurance. I do not want anything more than what I had insured but I don't want anything less. Is that too much to ask for :(, I have to call them to follow up and they never ever call me back despite being promised that someone will respond to me.</p>
