Terrible Claims Service

<p>Terrible claims service, I logged a claim for my wife's phone a few days back. Some company was assigned to collect the phone for fixes after they collected it Only got told (via email) that i needed to pay excess of R 750 just for a screen replacement. I have had to call them everytime, nobody ever called me. The service from the claims department is generally apathetic and the agents are so indifferent. They don't even care am paying my hard earned money..After complaining that the figure was too high for a screen replacement, they cancelled my claim (no communication whatsoever). Just got told that some Kgomotso was handling my claim and after leaving a couple of messages for her she decides to cancel my claim without even calling me. If you can afford to self insure rather self insure the pain of claiming from these people is not worth it. I am moving all my products to my old insurer after this. Would rather pay more than endure this kind of service.</p>
