Terrible claims process

Never will I recommend Discovery Insure to anyone!! Hassle free debit order every month but the worst claims process ever! I have been more than patient with them. I havebspoken to so many consultants on the last week and none of them has ever gotten back to me with feedback nor have they been updating or making notes on the claim. I requesting a call recording two days ago and to date I am still waiting...
