Terrible claim process

I recently submitted a claim everything was done smoothly and the claim authorized. However my claims advisor never made contact with me. I tried calling and she was on leave I sent an email with no return. I requested a different service provider and Bianca Adam's said she would request it... I am still waiting.....

My claims experience with discovery was horrible and sad.... Consultants are not compassionate.

But the are the giants and what discovery says is law.....
