Terrible after sales support

I have written of my vehicle in December 2023 it has been a massive pain getting the right information from the advisors as they never provide any feedback. After months of struggling with them just to get the right documents to sign off, we came to a conclusion for the claim. The claim was settled in February but I am still being depitted. I phoned the call centre and they advised that the insurance is still active

How do they expect you to pay for insurance on a vehicle that has been written off
